Anyone can do it. With guests exceeding 200 I have only done clambakes in the sand digging ditches, adding rocks, and real wood, seaweed, etc. When a client of mine requested a Labor Day clambake on their upstate New York estate I looked to Backyard Bakes. I cannot believe how easy it all was. The food came out perfect and my reputation as a private chef and event planner shines even brighter.
