Our smaller systems, with the high temperature of natural charcoal and the design of our units, are absolutely perfect for wok cooking. You may never again want to use your wok in your kitchen.

Not to be outdone, wait until you try your first pizza cooked on our pizza grill over this same charcoal! This campfire flavored pizza will raise the bar when you rank your all-time favorites.

Then, of course, you can finally get back to basic charcoal cooking with the charcoal grid. There's just nothing like it. Your imagination can give you endless possibilities here.

As with our clambakes, these procedures are explained in detail and are designed to give you delicious results as simply as possible. Don't expect the ordinary stuff done the same old way because we certainly haven't.
